Section 581 in The Punjab Municipal Act, 1999

581. Other laws not to be disregarded.

- Save as otherwise provided in this Act, nothing contained in this Act, shall be construed to authorise the Municipality or any municipal authority or any officer or other employee of the Municipality to disregard any law for the time being in force.
