189B. Extinction of interest of grantees at favourable rates
The interest of a grantee at a favourable rate of rent shall be extinguished .(a)on the happening of any of the events mentioned in Section 63, or(b)when rent in respect of his grant is enhanced in accordance with the provisions of section 189.Village Service Grants
