Section 22 in Gujarat Surviving Alienations Abolition Act, 1963
22. Finality of award and decision of Revenue Tribunal.- Subject to an appeal to the Gujarat Revenue Tribunal, the award made by the Collector and the decision of the Gujarat Revenue Tribunal in appeal shall be final and conclusive and shall not be questioned in any suit or proceeding in any court.
