(3)If any officer of the Special Armed Force resigns in contravention of this section, he shall be liable, without prejudice to any other penalty imposed by this Act or any other law for the time being in force, or the order of the Zonal Officer or the Commandant, [or the Deputy Commandant] [Inserted by M.P. Act No. 28 of 1987.] to forfeit all arrears to pay then due to him.
