Section 11 in The U.P. National Security Prisoner (Conditions of Detention) Order, 1980

11. Punishment.

- The Superintendent may inflict on a National Security Prisoner any of the punishment that he may award to a convicted prisoner for any offence specified in Section 45 of the Prisons Act, 1894, read with paragraph 806 of the Uttar Pradesh Jail Manual.
