Section 37 in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
37. Bar to suits and other legal proceedings.
(1)No order under this Act refusing to enter a name in, or removing or striking off a name from, the register shall be called in question in any Civil or Criminal Court.(2)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie in any Civil or Criminal Court in respect of any act done or purported to have been done in good faith under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder by the State Government or the Council or the Registrar or any other person.
