Section 54(1) in The Rajasthan Waqf Board (Election of Members) Rules, 1999
(1)Every elector, to whom a ballot paper has been issued under Rule 53 or under any other provision of these rules, shall maintain secrecy of voting within the polling station an,d for that purpose the voting procedure is hereinafter laid down.
