69. Application for building grant.
(1)Applications for building grant/building loan shall be submitted, alongwith the plans, estimates and specification for the building, in such form as may be specified (vide Appendix A).(2)Every application for building grant/building loan shall comply with such conditions including executions of an agreement as specified in rule 70 below.
