5. Power to decide in the case of doubt or dispute.
- If any doubt or dispute arises as to whether a person is entitled to any pension or as to the amount of pension or as to the period for which he shall be entitled to pension under this Act, the matter shall be referred to the State Government, and the decision of the State Government thereon shall be final.
