Section 15(2) in The Karnataka Lokayukta Act, 1984
(2)The categories, recruitment and conditions of service of the officers and employees referred in sub-section (1) including such special conditions as may be necessary for enabling them to act without fear in the discharge of their functions, shall be such as may be prescribed in consultation with the Lokayukta [x x x ] [Omitted by Act 31 of 1986 w.e.f. 16.6.1986.].
