Section 4(2) in The U.P. Exercise Books Order, 1977
(2)No dealer other than dealer referred to in sub-clause (1) shall manufacture, sell or distribute for sale any exercise book fabricated of concessional rate, cultural variety of paper in contravention of such directions as may be given from time to time by the State Government or the prescribed authority in this behalf.
