Section 79(5) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957
(5)The [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(a), "for the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] may make regulations for the purpose of admission of the member of the public to its meetings and for the removal by force, if necessary, of any member of the public admitted to a meeting for interrupting or disturbing the proceedings of the meeting.
