(2)If there is any dispute regarding the right to the produce of such trees or the apportionment of such produce as provided under sub-section (1), the tenant or the landlord may apply to the [Mamlatdar] [This word was substituted for the word 'Tahsildar' by Schedule III, Clause 1.]. Such application shall be made in such form as may be prescribed.
