37. Power of the Board of examiners to grant exemption.
- Notwithstanding anything to' the contrary contained in rule 36, the requirement of qualification of a candidate may be relaxed by the Board of Examiners in exceptional circumstances to be recorded in writing only if the candidate fulfils the requirement of training and practical experience prescribed under rule 36.
