Section 132(3) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 1965
(3)No prosecution under this Act shall be lodged, except with the previous sanction of the Government in the case of an offence under clause (c) of section 130 and of the Registrar in the case of any other offence under this Act. Such sanction shall not be given, except after hearing the party concerned, by an officer authorised in this behalf by the Government by a general or special order, or by the Registrar, as the case may be.[Explanation. - For the purpose of giving sanction for prosecution for an offence under this Act, the Registrar shall not include officers on whom powers of the Registrar have been conferred under sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Rajasthan co-operative Societies Act, 1965.] [Added by Raj.
