Section 224 in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007

224. Solid wastes to be property of Municipality.

- All solid wastes deposited in public receptacles, depots and places provided or appointed under section 225 and all solid wastes collected by the municipal employees or contractors or any other agency authorized in this behalf shall be the property of the Municipality.
