Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay the operation of Exhibit P7 to the extent of cancellation
of the permanent license of ARD 140 in Mannarkkad taluk in Palakkad
district and all further proceedings for publication of notification
inviting fresh applications for running the ARD 140 in Mannarkkad taluk in
Palakkad district, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/s. VINOD MADHAVAN, M.V.BOSE and ANU PAUL, Advocates for the petitioner,
the court passed the following:
