Section 20(2) in Uttarakhand Water Management and Regulatory Act, 2013
(2)Any person guilty of an offence under clause (a) of sub-section (1) shall punished with imprisonment which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to rupees one Lakh or both and a further penalty of rupees twenty thousand for each day after the first offence during which the offence continues.
