Section 2(q) in Jammu and Kashmir Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1997
(q)"ears" means the grafting of any human organ from any living person or deceased person to some other living person for therapeutic purposes [and] [Inserted by Jammu and Kashmir Act No. 45 of 2018, dated 13.12.2018.]
