87. Period of subscription.
- The rights issue shall be kept open for subscription for a minimum period of fifteen days and for a maximum period of thirty days [and no withdrawal of application shall be permitted after the issue closing date] [Inserted by Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2019/47, dated 26.12.2019 (w.e.f. 11.9.2018).].
