By this Civil Application, the petitioner seeks leave to amend the petition to add the respondent to the Civil Application as the 5 th respondent in the writ petition and carry out consequential amendments as per the schedule annexed at Exhibit 4 to the civil application. The proposed respondent no.5 is represented today. He has no objection to being impleaded as the 5 th respondent in the petition.
