Section 7(f) in Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University Chennai (Affiliation of Dental Colleges) Statutes
(f)The applicant shall own and possess a ready built area of 15,000 (Fifteen thousand only) sq.ft. suitable for starting the I year B.D.S. Degree course in a Dental College with proper sanitation facilities, provision for safe drinking water, adequate water-supply for clinical and laboratory purposes, library, store rooms for students, staff and patients (separately for men and women) and such other facilities which shall be necessary, from time to time, as may be specified by the University in this regard.
