Section 13(6) in Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975
(6)Notwithstanding anything in any other law or the provisions contained in sub-sections (4) and (5), development of any land undertaken in accordance with any law by any person or body including any department of the Government or any local authority before the commencement of this Act, may be completed without compliance with the requirements of those sub-sections ;Provided that such development of land shall be completed within one year from the date of commencement of this Act; unless the Authority for good and sufficient reason, extends the said period of one year for such further period as it deems fit.
