Section 6A(ii) in Tamil Nadu Preservation of Private, Forests Act, 1949
(ii)in section 42, after the words "the Magistrate shall", the expression "subject to the provisions of section 8 of the [Tamil Nadu] [Substituted for the word 'Madras' by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1969, as amended by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws (Second Amendment) Order, 1969.] Preservation of Private Forest Act, 1949" shall be inserted;
