Section 46 in Maharana Partap Horticultural University, Karnal Act, 2015
46. General fund.
- The University shall have a general fund and the following shall be credited to it, namely:-(a)income from fees, endowments, grants and properties of the University;(b)contributions or grants from the State Government and the Central Government on such conditions, as may be imposed by that Government; and(c)other contributions, grants, donations and benefactions.
