Section 295(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(1)An application shall be made by a summons, and notice of the application shall be given to the LLP liquidator where he is not the applicant, to the respondents, if any, named in the application, and to such other persons and in such manner as the Tribunal may direct.
