Section 34(1) in Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management Act, 2012
(1)No officer or employee or member of the teaching, non-teaching and other academic staff of the University shall be dismissed or removed or reduced in rank except after an inquiry in which he has been informed of the charges against him and given a reasonable opportunity of being heard in respect of those charges.
