Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for
issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th respondent to grant
temporarily building approval for the building constructed in the land
comprised in S.No.159/2A, Murugampalayam Village having extent of
4414.50 sq.ft. presently under the occupation and enjoyment of the
petitioner school subject to the outcome of the suit in O.S.No.414 of 2009
pending on the file of Sub Court, Tiruppur within a time limit stipulated by
this Court to enable the petitioner school to renew their license earlier
granted by the 1st respondent.
