Section 37(2) in The SreeNarayanaGuru Open University Act, 2021
(2)The Cyber Council shall consist of the following members, namely:—Ex-officio Members(i)The Vice-Chancellor—Chairman;(ii)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor.Nominated Members(i)The Cyber Controller—Ex-officio Member Secretary;(ii)One person nominated by the Vice-Chancellor from the Directors of Regional Centres;(iii)Two persons selected by the Syndicate from among the nominated members of the Syndicate;(iv)Two experts from the field of information technology especially related to education nominated by the Syndicate on the basis of recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor.
