Section 1 in Haryana District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2016
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called The Haryana District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2016.(2)They shall extend to whole of the State of Haryana and shall apply to all minerals.(3)They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 12th day of January, 2015.
