Section 79 in Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
79. Rectification of mistakes.
- Any clerical or arithmetical mistake or any error arising therein from accidental slip or omission in any order passed by the Government or any other officer may be corrected within two years from the date of order by the Government or officer, as the case may be:Provided that no order prejudicial to any person shall be passed unless a reasonable opportunity has been provided for stating his case.
