% 09.03.2021 The petition has been heard by way of video conferencing. Present writ petition has been filed praying for directions to the respondents to fill the vacant posts of the Assistant Commandant (Engineer) grade in terms of the Sashastra Seema Bal Group 'A' Combatised Engineering Cadre Recruitment Rules, 2015. Petitioners also seek a direction to the respondents to grant retrospective notional promotion, seniority and pay fixation to eligible petitioners from the year 2017 onwards.

Mr. Naresh Kaushik and Mr. R.V. Sinha, Advocates accept notice on behalf of respondents. They pray for and are permitted to file their counter affidavits within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing.
