Section 32(3) in THE ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT OFFICERS AND STAFF (CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AND CONDUCT) RULES, 1976
(3)The appointing authority, may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, extend the period ofprobation in individual cases specifying the date up to which the extension is granted. Providedthat in no case the period of probation will be extended beyond three years.
