The Court : This suit was filed in 2010. It appears from the report of the Master and Official Referee dated 31st March, 2014, and 16th April, 2014, that certain defects have not been rectified. No steps have been taken in the suit which is of 2010. The plaintiffs and/or their Advocate-on-Record are directed to remove all defects to the satisfaction of the above officer by 5th May, 2014, failing which the suit will be placed in my list for appropriate orders.
