Section 16(iii) in Tamil Nadu Municipal (Non-Centralised-Regular) Public Health Establishment Discipline and Appeal Regulations, 1977
(iii)A list of appeals withheld under regulation 14 (a) with the reasons for withholding them shall be forwarded half-yearly by the withholding authority to the appellate authority.
