Section 106AE(3) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(3)Whoever contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) shall be liable on conviction to a fine which may extend to fifty rupees and to a further fine which may extend to fifty rupees for every day on which contravention continues after the date or the first conviction.
