Section 1 in Jammu and Kashmir Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 2018
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Commercial Courts Act, 2018.(2)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
