Section 11 in The Legal Metrology (Government Approved Test Centre) Rules, 2013
11. Supervision of Government Approved Test Centre.
- The Director or any other authorized legal metrology officer may visit the test centre from time to time to examine whether the Government Approved Test Centres are run as per laid down procedures and instructions issued by the Government.
