Section 2(x) in Uttarakhand Agricultural produce Marketing (Development and regulation) Act, 2011
(x)"Collector" means the Collector of the District, where the Principal Market Yard of the Market Area is located, and includes such other officer, as may be authorized by him in that behalf;
