(3)The duties of the male warders shall be to patrol between the inner and outer enclosure walls at night.Note. - The Medical Officer when a male may, in pursuance of his duty, enter any ward, cell, compartment or place in the jail occupied by any female prisoner and remain therein while accompanied by the female head warder or female warder.
