Section 63(5) in Telangana Mining Settlements Act, 1956
(5)In making any bye-law the Board may direct that a breach thereof shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, and where the breach is a continuing one, with further fine which may extend to twenty rupees for everyday after the first during which the breach is proved to have been persisted in.
