131. Retention of articles of uniform on retirement.
- An enrolled member of the Force on his retirement or on superannuation shall beallowed to remain the uniform items to be worn only on ceremonial occasions or at the time of formally calling upon superior officers of Armed Forces and Central or State Police organizations. The facility of wearing the uniform on the abovementioned occasions may be withdrawn at any time in the public interest under theorders or the [Principal Chief Security Commissioner] [Substituted 'Chief Security Commissioner' by Notification No. G.S.R. 140(E), dated 2.2.2018 (w.e.f. 3.12.1987)] concerned.
