Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to
conduct an enquiry under Sections 81 to 83 of the Registration Act 1908,
in respect of the registration of the void settlement deeds dated
25.09.2014 (Doc.Nos.10427 & 10428/2014) and dated 06.11.2020

in respect of the ancestral properties, by considering the petitioner's
representation dated 30.11.2020.

ORDER
The petitioner has preferred a representation before the second respondent to initiate an enquiry under Section 82 r/w Section 83 of the Registration Act 1908 Vide his representation dated 30.11.2020.
2.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 3 and made a statement on instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 23.02.2021 at 3.00 p.m. at the office of the second respondent.
3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
6.Post the matter for reporting compliance on 06.04.2021.
