174. Execution of decision or award.
(1) For sums payable under an award in any dispute, recovery shall be made in the manner specified under section 143 and the Second Schedule as a Public demand upon requisition of the awardees.(2)Decision of award in a dispute not involving any sum, shall, upon application by the awardee, be enforceable by any civil court having local jurisdiction in the same manner as a decree of such court as if it were a decree of such court.
