Section 7(v) in Gujarat Electricity Regulatory' Commission (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019
(v)The QCA shall be using software developed by at least CMM1 level 3 certified companies or as decided by SLDC or the Commission from time to time.
