Section 15(2) in The Andhra Pradesh Prevention Of Begging Act, 1977
(2)Any beggar desirous of admission into a certified institution under sub-section (1) shall, before his admission execute an agreement to the effect that he shall abide by the rules and regulations of the institutions and comply with such general and special directions and orders as may be given at any time by the Superintendent of the institution.
