Section 8(1) in Maharashtra Division Level Police Complaint Authority (Administration and Procedure) Regulations, 2018
(1)The Authority shall hold hearing of the complaint case as deemed necessary after giving due notice to the parties, including the complainant, his representative or the victim as the case may be.
