Section 302(2) in Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920
(2)No person who has undergone the operation of inoculation shall enter any municipality before the lapse of forty days from the date of inoculation without a certificate from a medical practitioner of such class as the council may authorise to grant such certificates, stating that such person is no longer likely to produce small-pox by contact or near approach.
