219. Construction of speed breakers or humps on roads.
- The District Magistrate in consultation with the District Level Road Safety Committee, the Superintendent of Police and local authorities/bodies may construct speed breakers or road humps on public road at suitable places of such specifications as approved by the All India Road Researeh Institute from time to time.
