Section 7(2) in The M.P. Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Rules, 1962
(2)If there are more cotton markets than one established in the local area, the voters' list for the election of representatives of cotton growers shall consist of the voters' list for election of representatives of cotton growers for the constitution of market committee for all such markets.
